Join us for a 2-hour workshop where we will be using linoleum blocks to create small prints and transfer them onto tea towels. During this workshop, we will cover the basics of linoleum block printing, from transferring an image onto a small block to carving the image, printing, and setting the image.
About the Instructor:
Kath Yarkosky is an educator, printmaker, and fine art printer. Her work primarily focuses on industry, labor, socio-economics, and their impacts on the environment, both physically and psychologically. Kath has been teaching at Frontline since 2022, and serves as the studio tech and production printer. She is currently the Printer at the Experimental Printmaking Institute and an adjunct professor at Lafayette College in Easton, PA.
