This introductory quick-and-easy letterpress course will skim the surface of printing on Frontline Arts’ Vandercook letterpress using custom text and imagery. Each artist will learn the ins-and-outs of printing on the press, as well as how to create custom polymer plates. Using you very own text and designs, you will print a suite of simple one-sided, folded holiday or stationery cards! The perfect introduction to any upcoming letterpress course, this day of printing will wet your whistle to dive deeper into all the possibilities Vandercook letterpress printing can offer. Beginners welcome and encouraged!
