Frontline Paper Pop-Up Exhibition Reception

Frontline Arts presents a Pop-Up exhibition highlighting the Frontline Paper veteran program, using handmade paper from military uniforms as a platform to tell stories. This exhibition is an overview of work by veteran artists on our staff and board, along with artists who attend our Open Sunday and mobile workshops as well as the Savage Wonder Festival. Come see recent and never-before seen artwork by these veteran artists as well as from mobile workshops across the state. This series of Pop-Up workshops was completed in 2022 at the South Jersey Vet Center, Secaucus Vet Center, the Lyons VA, and a final workshop on Dec 11th at Frontline Arts. They have all been funded by a grant from WarnerMedia, funded by the AT&T Foundation. This grant has also supported a Facilitator Training and Focus Group, as well as this exhibition. We will have a casual reception in the gallery and will livestream for those who cannot attend in-person.

Artists included are: Bethany Bahl, Carsten Bahl, Ron Erickson, Jim Fallon, Tara Krause, Walt Nygard, Mark Oldland, James Teichman, James Yee, and Anonymous workshop participants.
