This five hour woodblock relief printing class will explore the wonders of non-toxic printing using Caligo Safe Wash relief ink. This class is open to beginners and experienced artists alike, and will focus on working with safe materials. It’s a great opportunity to learn basic carving skills or just hone in the methods of using oil-based, water washable inks. By the end of this class, each participant will design, carve and print their own woodblock using a Charles Brand etching press.
